Steven is a global strategist and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across international trade, hospitality, and market expansion. As Managing Partner, he leads Mocha Group’s U.S. partnerships, hospitality strategy, and overall commercial direction. He brings a globally informed perspective shaped by work across Europe, Asia, and Africa, enabling him to bridge international brands with the U.S. market, navigate complex cross-border relationships, and execute growth strategies that resonate with U.S. consumers, operators, and institutional partners.

Darren Brown

Darren is an entrepreneur with over a decade experience in real estate development, hospitality ventures, and project strategy across the EMEA region. As Development Partner, he drives Mocha Group’s international partnerships, development strategy, and project execution, while leading business development by sourcing bespoke international manufacturers and strategic suppliers. He draws on a strong background delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments, with a heavy focus on vertical integration to enhance and strengthen the supply chain.
